"They cancelled my automatic auto insurance payments without informing me and then sent me ONE notice which was a final notice before cancellation via email. This team can have very poor communication and be extremely unprofessional at times. My mother is 68 years old and they didn’t even reach out to check on her after her home flooded which is extremely disappointing being that we’ve been with them for several years now. We make our payments on time to State Farm every month but when we need help they are not supportive. We will be switching agents as soon as possible."

"I moved states and Fernando helped me through that process, which I appreciated. However, after settling here and bundling a new car and renters insurance, he gave me incorrect pricing on three separate occasions. It would also take days—sometimes weeks—for him to reply, making the process even more frustrating. Unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to be fully trained for handling policies in another state, and I wish he had been upfront about this from the beginning instead of multiple rounds of misinformation and back-and-forth. I’m now switching agents, but I’d caution others to be careful when working with him."
